Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns Window

– You may request a return within 14 days of delivery (based on tracking confirmation). 

2. Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be: 

✅ Unused, with no adhesive residue or signs of wear. 

✅ In their original packaging (including protective case/card). 

✅ Include all accessories (e.g., spare nails, application tools). 

❌ Non-returnable: Applied/altered items, clearance/sale products (exchange only). 

3. Return Process

  1. Email [email protected] for a Return Authorization (RMA).
  2. Ship items to our designated address (customer pays return shipping).
  3. We inspect returns within 5 business days of receipt.

4. Refunds

– Issued via the original payment method within 3–10 business days. 

– Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless due to our error). 

– Optional: Receive store credit + 10% bonus for future purchases. 

5. Damaged/Incorrect Items

For wrong items or shipping damage, we will: Replace for free (we cover shipping) or Issue a full refund. 

6. International Returns

– For non-defective returns, consider partial refunds (keep item + 30% refund) due to high shipping costs. 

– Customs/duties fees are non-refundable.
