1. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Additionally, a "Track Your Order" button will appear once your order is placed. Simply click the button to view the latest tracking information.

2. Which shipping carrier do you use?

We primarily ship our products through YunExpress for international orders from China. YunExpress is known for its reliable and fast cross-border shipping solutions.

3. How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on the destination. Generally:
North America: 7-15 business days
Europe: 7-20 business days
Asia: 5-15 business days
Other regions: 15-30 business days
Please note that these times are estimates and may vary due to customs procedures and other factors.

4. Why hasn't my tracking information been updated?

It may take 24-48 hours for the tracking information to be updated after your order is shipped. If your tracking number is not showing any updates, please check again later or contact us for assistance.

5. Can I track my package directly on YunExpress?

Yes, you can track your package on the YunExpress website. Simply visit www.yunexpress.com, enter your tracking number in the search bar, and you will get the latest update on your shipment.

6. I haven’t received my order. What should I do?

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please:
Double-check the tracking information.
Contact us with your order number, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

7. My package says "delivered," but I haven’t received it.

If your tracking status shows "delivered" but you have not received the package:
Check with neighbors or household members who might have accepted the package.
Look for any delivery notes or contact from the carrier.
Contact us directly with your order details, and we will help resolve the issue.

8. What should I do if I entered the wrong shipping address?

If you notice a mistake in your shipping address after placing the order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will update the address. Unfortunately, once the package has been dispatched, we cannot change the shipping address.
